Integrated Virtual Therapy

Exclusively for Public Safety Personnel, Military members, and their Families.

Program Overview

The Haven’s Integrated Virtual Therapy is designed to provide flexible, ongoing mental health support to clients who do not require urgent care but benefit from guided therapeutic sessions. This includes:

  • Clients transitioning from Critical Incident Virtual Care.

  • New clients seeking support for chronic or cumulative stress, anxiety, other mental health challenges or wanting ongoing support from a healthy baseline.

With options for DBT, EMDR, CBT and more, this service complements our Critical Incident programming by offering accessible, structured long-term care with trusted therapists.

Clients can access care through one of our two dedicated therapists, and sessions are offered virtually and scheduled based on client need and therapist availability.
