It incorporates key leadership principles from Linda Kohanov’s The Power of the Herd and The Five Roles of a Master Herder to promote emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and personal growth in a flexible learning environment. Stephen M.R. Covey’s Trust and Inspire’s key principles and concepts are also included.
Our hybrid 4-week program combines in-person and online support, accommodating those who need flexibility.
